Invitation terms

Last updated September 17, 2026.

Invite people you would enjoy having around: adults who like listening as much as talking. These terms supplement the Terms of Service.

Using an invitation

Your personal link opens a page with your profile name, portrait, and invite code. Someone joining can enter that code during registration. Copying a code or opening the link alone does not register an account or guarantee attribution. A valid code is saved when a new person completes their first profile.

Codes cannot be applied retroactively to an existing profile or changed after initial registration. You cannot refer yourself. Do not use fake accounts, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading promises to promote a code. Everyone joining must be 18 or older.

What the inviter can see

If someone joins with your code, you can see their profile name, portrait, joined status, and a summary of their eligible connected conversation time with other people. Calls with you do not count toward that referral total. You do not receive their conversation audio, what they discussed, or the identities of their conversation partners through this feature.

Totals may take time to update and may be corrected when connection events are delayed or incomplete. Waiting, failed connections, and practice or AI calls do not contribute. Time is a usage summary, not a measure of speaking quality or an earnings balance.

No active cash reward offer

Referrals and conversation milestones do not currently earn money. Reward concepts shown in development previews, including example dollar amounts or hourly rates, are inactive illustrations. They do not establish a payment obligation, and no payout or cash-out system is available.

If a reward program launches, we will publish its start date, eligibility, calculation, and payment terms before it begins. Existing conversation time is not automatically credited to a future program.
