Something is not working

Tell us what happened, what you expected, and whether you are using the iPhone app or website. Your app version, device, and approximate time of the issue can help. A screenshot is optional; remove private information before sending it. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.

A person or conversation made you uncomfortable

You can leave a call at any time. In the iPhone app, open the person’s profile and use the three-dot menu to Report or Block. If you cannot submit a report, email us with the profile name, approximate time, and a short description. See our community rules.

This inbox is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Account deletion and privacy

Start an account-deletion request in Me → Settings → Delete account. You do not need to email us to initiate it. If you cannot access your account, or have a question about your information, contact us at the address above. We may need to verify account ownership before disclosing information or acting on an account request.

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the controls available to you.

Registration or an invite code

Someone FM is for adults aged 18 or older. Contact us if you submitted an incorrect birthday or need help with a valid invitation. Please do not send identity documents in your first message; we will explain what information is needed for your request.
