someone.fm is a simple way to talk with another person. Use it lawfully and respectfully.

You are responsible for your conduct in a conversation. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, deceive, or violate another person's rights. You can leave a conversation at any time.

The service is provided as is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular match.
